When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. the e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carries site.
To track the order, click on the tracking number in the email.
To track an order on minisousamask.com, visit the My Account area. You will need to sign in to access your account information.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:
Within 48 hours of expected delivery
Verify the shipping address
Look for a notice of attempted delivery
Look around the delivery location for your package
See if someone else accepted the delivery, unless you have health or safety concerns about doing so
Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail
Wait 48 hours - in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 48 hours prior to arrival

We will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a carrier.
All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:
